We are passionate teachers dedicated to personal development and spirituality. We impart wisdom and tools to help people be happy in their daily lives, to fully flourish, and to live in harmony with the world around us. We are trained in the Mahajrya Buddhist tradition, which includes the wisdom of other traditions, and emphasize the importance of experiencing concrete experiences to understand wisdom rather than being satisfied with mental knowledge.
